Between places is the work that I made during my three-month residency at PICA.
This work is part of Visible Cities project that reflects my visual investigation on my ideas of home and where I live; on the relationship between personal and physical places. Between places also reflects my exploration of my emotional responses to my daily physical routine and endless ordinary jobs in my life.
Between places shows my study and concentration on the relationship between the technique, the colours, shapes, and texts. The combination of these helps me to create a work that echoes my feelings of repetition in everyday life and my experiences of living in Perth.
